Executive Vice President – Executive Caterers
Charles grew up in the hotel business in South Africa and graduated with a degree in marketing from the University of Cape Town. He has been part of Northeast Ohio’s hospitality and social scene and an executive at Landerhaven and Executive Caterers for over 25 years. Charles oversees all areas of Executive Caterers’ daily operation and off-site catering venues. He is leading the charge to welcome new trends in catering while maintaining the Executive Caterers tradition of excellence. Executive Chef – Executive Caterers
Award–winning Chef Brad Gambrell came to Executive Caterers in November of 2015 after over 20 years working in establishments that include some of the finest and most exclusive private clubs in Northeast Ohio. Gambrell is a progressive culinary professional with a unique creative flair and a passion for food. He strives to always bring the “wow” factor in his cuisine and presentations. Chef Brad Gambrell is a native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and earned his American Culinary Federation, C.E.C. accreditation in 1996 and his Associates of Specialized Technology in 1991 from the Pennsylvania Institute of Culinary Arts. Kimberly’s breadth of experience reaches far as she was also the owner of Main Street Cupcakes for nearly a decade. The common denominator is Kimberly’s award-winning hospitality. She was a Smart Business Magazine World Class Customer Service award winner and a Finalist for EY Entrepreneur of the Year. Her creative and managerial background combined with her deep roots in event planning help her work with a wide variety of clients and needs. Event Planner; Human Resources Manager
With decades of experience at Executive Caterers, Sam’s innate ability to plan and organize some of Northeast Ohio’s largest events is of no surprise. With a passion for food and an eye for design, Sam’s approach to event planning has been compared to a general going to war, where his art is in logistics and strategy. At each of his events, he can be found working closely with the Executive Caterers Chefs, Pastry Chefs, Design Department, and Wait Staff to ensure no aspect is overlooked and even the finest details are flawless. Truly endearing about Sam is his understanding of people. Due to his background in Human Resources, Sam’s remarkable grasp on diversity, culture, leadership, and training has played to his advantage in communicating with brides and corporate CEOs alike. Director of Hospitality & Events
Emily is the Director of Hospitality and Events for Executive Caterers, where she provides logistical support for events at Landerhaven and off-premise locations. She holds a B.A. in Promotional Communications and over 15 years of experience in hospitality and event management. In addition to her responsibilities with event operations, Emily is the primary organizer of phil·an·thro·pi·a, Executive Caterers’ annual fundraising luncheon at Landerhaven designed to benefit non-profits throughout Northeast Ohio. Emily is a proud native of Cleveland, and when she is not planning or executing an event, she is usually found immersed in her own culinary adventures in her home kitchen. Contact Emily here.
