Sparkling Wine – Champagne or Cava
Gold and silver sprinkles for rim of glass (optional)
Garnishes – Apple slices, star anise pods, allspice berries (optional)
- Dip the top of each champagne glass into water and then dip in the sprinkles to coat.
- Fill each champagne glass 1/2 full with apple cider.
- Pour equal proportion of sparkling wine into glass.
- Garnish with star anise pods and allspice berries.
- Garnish with apple slice.
